We are looking for autonomous, passionate and proactive internal IT recruiter in our software development center in Bratislava.



riwers (aka r/wers) is a software development and delivery company based in Switzerland. We have few R&D centers around the World, including Bratislava, Slovakia. We are agile and fast growing. About your job

/ Develop and build out innovative sourcing strategies to drive candidate pipelines including social media channels, events, meet-ups, and conferences
/ Build trusted partnership with hiring manager and provide consultative support to drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner
/ Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants
/ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
/ Business lead of recruitment department
/ Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
/ This is an ideal chance for an experienced recruiter who would like to improve and setup recruitment and HR processes in new IT company


About your background

/ You have 2+ years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
/ You have ideally proven working experiences with IT/software development positions.
/ You have experience identifying, developing and maintaining a vast network of passive candidates
/ You demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms to build pipeline
/ You are a creative thinker with the ability to create and recommend next generation recruiting solutions
/ You have good communication skills in English (written and in word)

Terms of employment (for labor contract)

/ 25 holidays per year
/ Get 1’500 Euro annual budget for education and training
